Monday, October 20, 2008 / 8:20:00 PM
Last October 18, my blog celebrated its first birthday. =)

Yey! I've managed to not delete this blog in a year! Hahaha!

I'm hoping that by Wednesday, I'm in Pampanga.

Things to do this sembreak:
  • watch House MD!
  • watch They Kiss Again! (so sad. They DVD that I bought is not complete! I have to buy a new one! But I'm broke.)
  • learn more about Psychology!
  • enroll!
  • spend more time with God!
  • update my online shop!
  • play, play and play The Sims 2!
  • finish reading The Wedding and A Friend Like Henry!
  • have some quality time with my parents!
  • shop in SM Pampanga!
  • sleep, sleep, and sleep!
  • buy black shoes!
  • have my uniform made!
I'm still thinking of things to do in order to keep myself busy this sembreak. But I only have... 12 days! Tsk tsk tsk. Oh well. I just have to accept my fate.

Going to school next sem will never be a burden anymore! Yeeeeey! I'm so excited!

Accept it, Christine. From the very start, you know that something's wrong.

You are just too blind to admit it.

No, you are not blind. You see/know what's going on; you just pretended to be blind.

Time to move on, and embrace the new you.

A very tiring week...

But it was all worth it. =)

"Why won't you leave me alone?" [Bella to Edward]

Believe me, I wanted to say. I've tried.

Oh, and also, I'm wretchedly in love with you.

Just because I'm watching Desperate Housewives means I'm Desperate [post #92]

Reasons why I watch Desperate Housewives (DH):
  • I love seeing Eva Longoria Parker! She's so beautiful! And I love seeing her walk especially if she is walking fast. Hahaha.
  • I love the mystery that the episodes of DH gives me. It's like I'm a detective watching everything fall into pieces. Hehehe.
  • I love Lynette's "passion/drive" to know more about God. (Season 4, Episode 11, "Sunday")
  • I love seeing Bree do her best for her family.
  • I love seeing Susan make a fool out of herself (sometimes =)) and I adore her love for Mike.
  • I love hearing Gaby scold Carlos. Hahaha!
  • I love the laugh that DH gives me (the "dark comedy" laugh).
I'm now watching DH Season 4 and I can't get enough of DH.

I guess it's just on of the addictions that I can't get enough of. Hahaha! Joke.

Have you noticed something different???

Yes! I now have bangs! Well, I had bangs when I was a kid but hindi ko decision nun ang magbangs because I was still a kid. But now that I'm 18, I was the one who decided to have a haircut and magpabangs.

I felt so good doing something for myself that I know I should have done a long time ago. Bagay naman, di ba? (feel free na kumontra kung hindi hahaha)

I would always think "what if nagpabangs ako?" but I never did anything about it. Lagi na lang "what if". I was too scared to change my hairdo, yung hairdo na nakilala ako (walang bangs). But I decided to give it a try. Para na rin masagot ko ang "what if" question ko.

While having my hair cut, naisip ko, "teka, mali ata ito ah? dapat ata ipatigil ko na.". But I decided to stick to my decision. I was too afraid to look at myself in the mirror after the haircut. When I finally had the courage to look at myself in the mirror, at first, nanibago ako. I thought "is this the same girl? parang mas maganda ata yung dati?". But I got used to it. And for the first time after how many years, narealize ko na for me, this is the best hairdo I'd ever had.

Yes, papuntang salon, naglakad ako. Nahirapan ako. Kakaulan pa lang non kaya medyo maputik. Yes, medyo mahal yung bayad (allowance ko din yun hahaha). But I realized that everything was worth it.

I decided to answer my "what if" question and I never regretted finding the answer. Yes, not all the time the answer that I will get from my questions will be the answer that I wanted to hear or see, but at least I made a move and I did not just leave the question hanging.

What's important is... I now don't ask myself the "what if" question because I finally had the courage to face my fears and it turned out not to be so frightening at all.

"Edward," she mumbled softly.

She was dreaming of me.

Could a dead, frozen heart beat again? It felt like mine was about to.

Some BOYS feel the need to love a thousand different girls; but a REAL MAN knows how to love one woman in a thousand different ways.

I know my English sucks so please... leave it alone.
